  • I have difficulties making the online payment for the 2016/2017 uni abuja direct entry pre admission screening. i wish to know if the admissions department of the university has any measures put in place to help alleviate such challenges

      • Thanks for responding. on wednesday 14th it was the “proceed to gateway” page that wasnt loading, the reply to the mail i sent said it was system malfunction, i should retry later. i retried on thursday 15th, it went through but the online payment using my ATM card showed “failure” at the end of the process. i made three different attempts. they were all failure. i sent a mail to socket works, but they didnt reply until 9:20 PM that thursday. they advised i should generate an RRR code and take it to any bank for payment, using the university as beneficiary, but the processing of such payments may last for 24 to 48 hrs. because of the deadline of on the 15th. i felt such payment might become invalid, i decided to retry the online payment on fri 16th. the transaction showed failure but after some time my account was debited. i want to find out if the university would still accept such payment even when the deadline has exceeded since it was as a result of payment difficulty that i was unable to pay ontime. if they would, then what should i do next

      • Problems like this do occur, but we will advice you if you want to participate in that screening to goto the school ICT centre, cause this is a technical issue.

Just go with necessary proof concerning the payment and am sure they will attend to you.

  • Thanks once again. just have few questions. 1) is the school ICT centre located within the school campus. 2) coming all the way from Delta state(though i grew up and lived in maiduguri), what are my chances that the school will accept my registration even though the payment and filling in of my required data are coming in late. 3) am i expected to upload any document( such as the referee form etc) before coming. if so how do i go about that
FURTHERMORE: just to mention, i just received today another alert on my account deducting N2,500. i think one of my three previous trials of online payment must have gone through as well.

  • sir,did the university Of Abuja are going 2 release another list apart of d merit list? b/cos a person tell me He Work With Jamb Office That D University Will Release Only 1 List Is It True?

    • We are not sure if the school will only release one list or not and the school hasn’t made any statement regarding the number list that will be released.

Keep checking our Portal for update.
